Take 5 minutes to do the same thing on youtube. What do you find? also, take a minute or two to youtube part of your own identity. what do you find? Ex: what does it mean to be irish? jewish? hispanic? female? ha what does youtube tell you about you.

III. Questions week 2:
1. Bill is a vietnam vet who went AWOL , what do you think about native Americans serving in the U.S. military/armed forces? do you think this is a hard decision for them?
2. Calvin is involved with the drug selling group in the book, he wants to get out of it , yet his brother pulls him back in. do you think it's difficult to get out of a bad crowd once you're involved? what advice would you have for Calvin?
3. Jacquie is now an adult battling addiction. She gets involved in the native community center in order to find purpose. How does trauma affect addiction? what are ways people fight addiction? do you think Jacquie can win her fight with addiction? why or why not?
4. Orvil is struggling to know who he is. His great Aunt Opal tells him "learning about your heritage is a privilege. A privilege we don't have . And anyway learning about your privilege doesn't make you any more or less Indian" how do you think this affects Orvil? why do you think he wants to learn more about being Indian? What parts of your identity/heritage do you wish you knew more about?
